1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) and is addressed to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) who pays for a video on this website. Payment for the product means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller provides the Buyer with access to digital video material (hereinafter referred to as the Video) for personal, non-commercial purposes. Access is provided immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Price and Payment Procedure
The price of the Video is indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Payment is made online through the payment system available on the website. All prices include all applicable taxes.
4. Access Procedure
Access to the Video is provided to the Buyer immediately after successful payment confirmation. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller undertakes to:
provide the Buyer with uninterrupted access to the Video;
resolve technical issues within a reasonable time;
not transfer the Buyer’s personal data to third parties without the Buyer’s consent.
The Buyer undertakes to:
use the Video exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes;
not copy, distribute, or transfer the Video to third parties;
comply with the terms of this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Video belong to the Seller. The Buyer receives only the right to personal viewing. Any reproduction, copying, or distribution of the Video without the Seller’s written consent constitutes a copyright violation and entails liability under the current legislation of Ukraine.
7. Refunds
The refund procedure is governed by a separate document — the Refund Policy, published on this website. Since the Video is a digital product with instant access, refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except in the cases specified in the Refund Policy.
8. Liability of the Parties
The Seller is not liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages arising from the use or inability to use the Video. The Seller’s total liability may not exceed the amount actually paid by the Buyer for the Video.
9. Force Majeure
The Parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill their obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, military actions, decisions of public authorities, and other extraordinary circumstances.
10. Personal Data
By making a payment, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
